I am so grateful that Claire was recommended to me! I truly believe seeing her was a huge reason that I was able to have the natural childbirth experience of my dreams, giving birth to a 9.2 pound baby as a first time mom and not even tearing. She was also incredibly helpful in my postpartum experience when I was having bad knee pain. She is truly so skilled and has the most lovely personality. Thank you for being so awesome Claire!!

I’m so Thankful I found Merriman Pelvic Health to support me on my fourth pregnancy journey. I primarily started because I wanted to stay active in a way that supported my pelvic floor health through my pregnancy and she helped me feel confident in that. I also did a birth prep with her and this was by far my best labor experience. I knew I did not want an epidural this time around and she gave me easy tools to mentally get through. I will continue to see her in the future as needed. Highly recommend!

Claire is phenomenal. Her knowledge and expertise extend beyond just the pelvic floor, and her care has helped me in many different areas of my body and even life, for that matter. I am almost 2 years postpartum and just wasn't sure what I needed but I knew it was something. After 1 meeting with Claire I knew she was exactly what I was looking for. Aside from providing me with some deep core exercises, showing me the correct way to do them along proper breath work, she did some dry needling on my back to help release some muscles that I didn't even know were tight and hindering my recovery and worked out my hip flexors. My muscles are so much looser now and I have so much more confidence in myself and my abilities. I have talked about her to almost everyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to her. She has provided me with the tools that I needed to incorporate into my fitness journey and I couldn't be more thankful.
