This place is amazing. Thank you all staff! Do not bother reading the Karen’s writing bad reviews and they are close, you go to the ER if you have an emergency! All Drs. are insanely amazing and respectful. Vaccine Friendly as well. Best place I’ve been, dump your big pharma bought doctors and join this practice. If I could give 10 stars I would!

bad customer service. i’ve been trying to get my 3 year old her medication for about 3 hours. they are closed now , and im unable to get her medication today due to the cvs not getting the medication sent over from them.

I must say the doctors are good but they failed us on an accident that happened back on a Father’s Day when my son fell and broke his wrist would not write a referral for the orthopedic I had gone to after trying to reach them on Father’s Day I had gone to an urgent care and they has suggested one and I got an appointment early Monday morning. Dr Yoffe even stated he would get them to write a referral but now my credit score dropped 164 points from a near perfect score. I have insurance and this should have been covered.

My kids have been patients here since birth my daughter is now 10 my son 4. I just have no reason to ever change doctors. The nurses and doctors are all just great and lovely weve all grown together in the last 10 yrs. Ive never had a problem with them diagnosing my children wrong. This isnt just an office its a family they care very much and are a great team!. I look foward to going in the office on good days and underweather days they take good care of my family. Thank you so much merrimack valley team for eveything you do and have done💕.

My kids have been their patients for about two years. I am pretty satisfied with their fast response to our medical questions. Their walk-in hours helped us a lot. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. Their office is a little small and old fashion kind compared to some bigger hospitals.
