ER. They are extremely busy but are always trying to help ..people were getting nasty for the wait but the staff did the best they could...pleasant kind and sweet.. I felt bad for the staff dealing with all the drunks,drug addicts and rude people.. they were very helpful and again did the best they could.. my experience in the ED was fine, no complaints..

Horrible hospital the doctor who treated me in the ER refused to treat me I get I have no heath insurance but refused medical treatment and sent me on my way. If you have a medical emergency don’t go here

Worst hospital ever. No care for patients, misdiagnosed my mom's pinched nerve and hairline fracture when she went to the er this week after her fall at home. Discharged her at 1 am, but they forgot to remove the open IV line they gave her and then got mad at her when she asked for them to take it out. You're better off treating yourself at home rather than wasting insurance and possibly your life here.

I will never recommend this hospital to anyone! The nurse and doctor I had the other night were so rude and unprofessional. I went to the ER for a sever headache, nausea and other symptoms. I told them I was negative for covid they asked if I was vaccinated I said no the nurse said “oh that’s reassuring” so unprofessional! Also I was misdiagnosed I told the doctor I had a bruise on my head and that might be my problem and he evaluated me and said it was just a migraine and just put an iv with fluids that was just a temporary fix for them. I went to a different hospital the next day. That doctor told me I had a concussion and vertigo I was so happy I finally got an answer. NEVER go to Merrimack valley hospital unless you want to get mistreated or misdiagnosed like I did.

If you care for your life don't waist your time coming to this hospital. I took my mother to the ER, she had a severe infection, she could barely walk, almost fainting. The front desk staff was so rude and said they didn't have enough space at the ER and there was no available doctors. I begged her to call someone cause we needed help, my mother was suffering in pain and could barely stand. The staff was looking at the situation and kept saying we don't have anyone available(I heard laughs coming from inside the ER). These cold-hearted monsters! This hospital has no ethics, they don't care about a person's life! it is their duty to deliver the best service and save lives! It's called ER for a reason! This place should be close. This woman didn't even move a finger to look for help.They are
