I’ve been Dr. Zhou’ patient for a few years now and I really trust her. She’s always super nice and patient. Every visit feels comfortable because she always takes the time to listen and explain everything in detail! Besides regular visits, this was my second time getting filler here and I’m very happy with the results. The whole process was smooth and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Zhou if you’re looking for a dermatologist who is both professional and caring!

Hi! Dr. Zhou This is my second visit to your clinic. You have been an excellent Doctor explaining that I should go to the hospital if I have fever, cough or not feeling well. I am glad I followed your advice, the culture that you took came back bacteria infection and the hospital were able to treat me with specific antibiotics. The doctor in the hospital were in communication with Dr. zhou even after office hours. Thank you so much for treating and helping me get better. I came here for acne scar removal by laser resurfacing treatment. It was a total failure. All my friends and family question whether the treatment did anything at all and tell me to go get a refund. My acne scars are extra red now, more visible, and I noticed extra blemishes on my skin such as new small brown dots. I wish I had never done the procedure, and have been stressed by these new blemishes on my skin. I suspect this procedure did not succeed due to the Dr. Zhou's ill - advised advice that I can go out in the sun right after the procedure, as long as I wear sunscreen. Whatever the reason for failure, I asked for a refund of $1800 (which I paid in physical cash, by their request), and Dr. Zhou said that she would give the refund if I waive all my legal rights to sue for the procedu

Overall very poor experience, the Doctor seems completely uninterested in patient's condition. During the consultation, she didn't even bother to check my skin, which is unacceptable for a dermatologist. When you ask her questions, she was indifferent and unwilling to answer, it felt like she was in a hurry for next cosmetic dermatology treatment, the whole meeting lasted less than 5 mins. Of course her prescribed ointment was not only ineffective but actually made my symptoms worse. I believe there are much better dermatologists available in the area than this one. The Front desk was ok and efficient tho.
