Merrick Pharmacy

The customer service is POOR. Asking a simple question regarding their policy was met with over talking, a rude tone and stating “this is Merrick pharmacy”when informed that with my experience with other pharmacies that offer delivery, when I’m at an appointment with my daughter they will leave it in the mailbox for her. Staff were dishonest about calling for delivery on Monday and tells me “next time answer your phone”. There were no missed calls. Instead of taking accountability that maybe they didn’t call or saying it didn’t go through she came off as insinuating someone was lying. Someone else said poor customer service and they are correct.

Been to this pharmacy a couple of times and Bonnie was very kind and helpful! Have always been greeted with a smile.

Every time I go into Merrick Pharmacy, there is always a sunny 🌞 smile, warm welcoming, "How can we help you," professional courtesy. Wanda and her colleagues are my GO TO people. It's my sincere desire to recommend and hold them in high standards, wishing all valuable continue service. Cheers 🍻 🥂

Merrick pharmacy is Amazing! Every time I go in, the staff, especially Peace, is so welcoming and super helpful. They make everything so easy, from filling prescriptions quickly to explaining any questions I have without rushing. I feel like they genuinely care, which is very rare these days. The store itself is spotless, organized, and they stock all the health essentials and even some extras which saves me an extra trip! In addition, their delivery service and over the phone refills are such a lifesaver. It’s clear they go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of and I’m so happy I found this place. Highly Recommend Merrick Pharmacy if you want a 5 stars, reliable pharmacy with a great staff!
