Merrick Apothecary

Excellent service and nice staff! I got my prescriptions pretty quickly and they even accepted my insurance from out of state. The store always smells good and has a nice selection of skincare. Would recommend to anyone in NY area!

The person at the counter acted like she was doing me a favor by getting my scripts. She had a horrible attitude. She barely said two words to me. I came to find out one of the scripts needed to be refrigerated. It would have been nice if she at the very least told me that. No “thanks” or “have a nice day” either. I felt like I walked into a morgue. I will make sure my doctor uses a different pharmacy in the future.

Place is amazing. Very convenient, cheaper than cvs prices. They deliver it to me quickly. Worked with me when I needed things the next day and sent it out rush delivery for free. Would not choose a different service.

They must be running some payment scam. They charged my card without authorization and gave me a hard time to fix refund. When I tried to pay with a fully-funded Visa HSA card, they claimed to the system “doesn’t let them”. Bottom line: they don’t want to comply with Visa and HSA regulations and just want to get paid straight away and let the patient deal with reimbursement in their own. Zero stars.

Matt from Merrick Apothecary was an absolute gentleman and hero in getting my daughter an extremely important medication. He, and the others at MA, made sure to meet a very tight deadline with getting it to us. They really went above and beyond. Thank you Matt for accepting this challenge!
