Merit Health River Oaks

The overall experience was a great experience for me with this being my first time at this hospital. The only complaint I have is from the front desk lady who checked me in when I was signing my paperwork. She was extremely rude. They should have friendlier people working the front desk especially at 5 and 6 in the morning with people checking in for surgery. Emotions are already on high with preparing to have surgery and not being greeted properly can change everything. Other than that the other staff was great. Great nurses, anesthesiologist, dr's, as well as the guy who walked me to my recovery room for surgery.

Took my daughter to ER today and I gotta rave on about the immaculate care they gave her. From the front at check in and the nurses as well as the Doctor (Reed) This was by far the best experience we have ever had at any Emergency room. Thanks so much to all that helped us this morning

I delivered my baby there my experience was wonderful. The nurses were so great and supportive. It was truly amazing how great the hospital was. I felt sad saying goodbye to everyone especially the nurses. One of the nurses yolanda that works night shift, was the sweetest person ever. When I have another child I will be looking forward to seeing her again someday. I truly had an amazing experience and loved my dr. Samuel brown. I highly recommend this place. I had such a positive experience in outpatient surgery. Specifically Matthew (crna), Sarah Patel, Bailey, and Bryan in PACU were all so kind and informative. I appreciated everyone so much and it was the most fun you can have while having a procedure.

I had a wonderful birth experience here! Everyone was so nice and took care of my baby while he was in the NICU! I made great connections with two people one being my nurse Ms. Peggy that took care of me for a week while I was there! The other person being Salacia the nutrition girl! She was so sweet and spoiled me and even came to my room just to sit and talk so I wouldn’t be lonely. Most importantly Dr.Hood is the best doctor to have! I am very thankful for everyone!
