Seriously, if you're looking for a new doctor's office, you gotta check out Merit. The staff there are so incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in. It's clear the providers genuinely care about their patients' well-being. Plus, the whole place is super clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. I've had a great experience every time I've gone. I even took my 4 year old to my appointment and they took the time to talk and play with her, they even had a little section for her to pick out a toy. Please give them a try! They are amazing.

This was my initial appointment with Merit Family Machine and I was very pleased! The staff was courteous and professional. My appointment was for 11a and they called me back 2 minutes after 11a to see the triage nurse who took my vitals and then it was off to Caroline Bourneuf, my Nurse Practitioner who was professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. I look forward to working with her and the team on my health and medical needs, thank you!

Such a great place and a much more positive experience in every aspect from my last provider. The staff are all so nice, caring, and professional. They return calls promptly , and i've always been able to get me in for an appointment quickly. Their communication has always been stellar. I'd give them more than five stars if I could.
