I'm not sure yet. Everyone is very nice here, but in the past six months I've seen some practices that I've never seen before. They discussed partial plates with me. They told me what my cost would be after insurance, so we went ahead, and I paid my portion. My insurance company denied the claim, so they keep sending a bill for the difference, which is close to $1,000 more than I was quoted, doubling the bill, which means they never made sure that my insurance would pay. To me, since it is such a large amount of money, it was negligent of them to not confirm payment from the insurance. I hope they don't expect me to pay that. It was not my failure. I had my teeth cleaned with Ashley. She is always so bubbly and friendly. I look forward to having her clean my teeth! And she does a fabulous job!

Ashle is great. Very caring. Makes you feel comfortable. Had a large set of X-rays which can be slightly painful, but she made it go smoothly. I am very happy with her. Also, the two receptionists I had contact with were very nice and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Nick is the best. I never was the best patient when it comes to the dentist's office, but Dr. Nick is very caring and gentle. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Love Merit Dental. Staff is super friendly and professional. My hygienist is the greatest. Dr. Nick is so nice and down to earth. Highly recommend.
