Merit Dental - North Canton

Was my first appointment at this office. Keshia made my experience a fantastic one. She was so kind, professional and very helpful. I knew I’d found a new dentist home just from my interaction with Keshia. Thank you Keshia job well done! Dr Patel was amazing as well. He took his time and was very knowledgeable and didn’t rush. He answered any questions I had. Overall great experience.

I was nervous about my deep teeth cleaning they were all so friendly. It was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Quick and super easy. I love the whole staff and I’m happy I go here. What a well educated team they are. 😊

We were told that we were responsible for the highlighted dollar amounts on our Treatment Plans and nothing else. We paid the highlighted dollar amounts on each day that treatment was received.  We received an additional bill from Merit Dental for $546. Merit Dental charged us full price for cleanings that our insurance company covers at 100%. Merit Dental charged us full price for fillings that were covered at 60%. Our insurance covers 2 exams per year. Merit Dental charged me for one of them. Merit Dental filed claims for 3 of our cleanings with Sarah Corcoran as the provider, not Merit Dental as the provider. Sarah Corcoran is out-of-network, so Merit Dental charged us full price for all 3 cleanings. I have called Merit Dental three times and emailed them twice about all of these issues

Everyone there is nice and thorough. They explain things clearly. The office itself is old, small, cramped and needs a major updating. They have chairs from the 80s for staff to sit on and do work. It looks very run down.

Jordan who performed X-rays and introduced me to the office and their procedures was very knowledgeable and explained how they want to work on your teeth and make them the best for you, looking forward to Dr Patel's work
