Meridian, Sterling Urgent Care

We had an incredible experience at Sterling. My husband and I were in McCall for the day, and our kids were having a fun day out. Our 16 year old was in charge, and our 9 year old who has anaphylaxis with a number of food allergies had an allergic reaction as a result of cross contamination. They took her into the clinic, and I called the front desk, and everyone there did such a great job caring for my kids. I was so worried to be so far away from them, and was so impressed by the professionalism and care the team at Sterling took to help them feel safe. After the care, the Dr. (Brian) called me again and answered all of my questions, and was so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much team Sterling! We have Regence, and the visit cost us $20.

Exceptional Medical Care and Compassionate Staff! I had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me and efficiently checked me in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate our medical professional took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my son’s diagnosis, referred us to a specialist and made me feel at ease. It’s clear that patient care is their top priority. The clinic also impressed me with its modern style, clean environment , do note that this is a walk in clinic closed on the weekends. I highly recommend any Sterling urgent care to anyone looking for quality care in a welcoming environment.

After our visit and tests my son ran a dangerously high temp, I went that next morning after cooling him down a bit and they said there was nothing more they could do. After reading more on the internet I should have been directed to go to the emergency room with the level of temperature he had. After that I received a bill that I intended to pay, but honestly slipped my mind. Apparently I was promptly sent to collections for this bill! A call would have been nice I would have paid over the phone. The level of care is VERY impersonal and insulting for the collections event. They get a 2 star because the office was new and clean.

Learned the hard way. The corporation might be in network but the provider won't be. Samuel J Saunders isn't in network with Regence, so get ready for that $250 bill that they won't inform you about. Also be prepared for them to offer services without telling you the cost and getting everything billed as out of network. Just don't go here. In the end I paid over $300 just for them to tell me to take some ibuprofen.

I went there because I was not feeling well. I was exposed to Strep and asked for flu, strep nd Covid swab. I’m immunocompromised and need certain meds if positive. They told me Covid tests weren’t covered by insurance because there’s nothing they could do so I needed to pay $100 cash. I called my insurance and it’s not true. I was negative for flu and strep. I ended Up in the ER today and I was positive for strep, I was exposed two weeks ago. Avoid this place!!
