Dr. Ottoway did great job. I love my gorgeous teeth. She listened to me carefully. She understood what I wanted. I am a pain sensitive, she made me comfortable. I love my natural look wonderful teeth. Thank you so much Dr. Ottaway. I really appreciate. Also Queen is best, she helps me during financial and any other process. Thank you so much .

If I could give them zero stars I would. I pre schedule all my apts 4 months in advance. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I just made the commute here to find out I don’t have an apt (even though I’ve been getting text and email reminders) and they refused to see me. Absolutely unacceptable! I also referred my boyfriend here, he made an apt and a week before he was to be seen, they text him that they had to cancel because of their own scheduling errors. He has tried to reschedule and has been unsuccessful. This place has gone down hill. And the service and scheduling is appalling. I would not recommend coming here at all if you actually want to be seen at the time of your apt.

I have been a patient at Meridian Dental since 2009 and my most recent experience was not up to par. The last few have been questionable. Since Dr. Wade left the practice has declined in my opinion. Inappropriate music playing overhead, “temp” hygienists the last 2 visits, countless appts cancelled and rescheduled due to lack of provider or their scheduling errors. I will be looking elsewhere.

I have used this office for years and been very happy until recently. The scheduling staff is unorganized, the front office is rude and lack customer service skills. I waited 35 min past my appointment time to be seen. I could hear them talking about patients in the hallway while I was getting my cleaning. This office has gone downhill. I will not return and urge others to look elsewhere for dental care.
