Meredith Storm Bolt, PA

Months ago I called repeatedly an1d no one would answer, so I drove up there to find everyone eating in a conference room ignoring calls and patients. My son had to walk back there to get their attention. I have called since then and been hung up on repeatedly. I have left messages with my health concerns and never gotten a call back. Is Meredith even getting my messages? Today I had to go up there again because I kept getting disconnected for some reason I'm talking thirty calls plus! When I get there they say the phones aren't working correctly, yet I got through when I tried again after I left. I will say Meredith is a great doctor, but this treatment I received and continue to receive from the staff is highly unprofessional. I am a patient and this is my health. I do not understand wh

Doctor Storm is amazing! She’s very patient and attentive to my mother in law who has Alzheimer’s and dementia. She answered all of our questions and gave suggestions that may help her in the stage she’s going through. Very happy with our care!
