I'm so grateful that I chose Balance Physical Therapy to treat a bulging disc in my neck. Meredith was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to avoid shots and surgery. Her approach to treatment got me back to normal in about 4 months. I'm now able to enjoy the same level of activity I had pre injury. Meredith is fabulous, I have been treated by her for a number of years now, for a variety of issues. Some, like my back, have taken a lot of work on both our parts to set right. Others, like my wrist, ankle and some tendon muscle problem in my hips she set right with a lift, twist and a drop. At least that is what it seemed like. Magic. I can’t say enough great things about the work she is able to do for me! I am a fifty something year old Marine Corps Infantry veteran who is probably in better shape now!

I have worked with Meredith on a few different injuries and she has been very helpful every time. I love the experience and results that come from working with such a knowledgeable, inquisitive, and caring professional in a one-on-one environment. Since first working with Meredith I have never been to another PT again.

Meredith had a huge impact on my health.(lower back) From the day I met her I began to improve. She is passionate, asks questions and envisions a positive outcome. (Which you need when you’re in a world of pain and desperation). As I improved we would change up my PT program. In office visits and at home stretching and targeted exercises continued until one day I was in her office and she said “it’s time for us to discuss your graduation”. She didn’t want to string me out for future appointments. It was just a gentle nudge to say go. Get back to your life. Highly recommend Meredith. PS. Do not move heavy furniture.

Meredith is an excellent physical therapist. She resolved several muscle issues I had suffered with for several years. I highly recommend her.
