This rating isn't for my doctor, but for the billing department of my doctor. My insurance has no charge for primary care visits, but this office keeps charging me for these visits and tells me I'm responsible for the charges nonetheless. I was actually called by a billing representative who left me a voicemail stating that my being charged for these visits was a program error that they found and corrected, so to disregard the charges and they would be removed. Sure enough, my balance due went down to zero. My insurance carrier even confirmed the situation was resolved and I didn't owe anything for those visits. However, later that same day, my balance due has returned again to what it was before the dispute. So now do I have to go through the same hours long process it took to "fix"

There Financial financial aid is very Difficult had get approved. Er is more a Band-Aid station.

Save your time and go to Waterloo. This is a place of profitability and malpractice. If the owner would like to stop deleting my review and contact me. I would be so grateful. Sincerely - Take care of the people. You almost killed my grandmother almost a month ago sending her home with SEVERE underlying health conditions.

Update: Now this incompetent doctor's office has sent a lab work bill to collections!! I've never had to pay for labs at any other office besides this one. Par for the course. Apparently, they're so incompetent, they don't know how to properly bill your insurance. If you go here you better be on your death bed or the jokes on you. Complete incompetence. New patients needing refills are not welcome. After arguing with Dr Cohen who didn't want to issue refills despite having prior medical history, he agreed if I got a lab done. Ok. A week later and the lab is still not in. Called the doctors office. Told I'd get a call back. Never did. Wife called. Becky lied to her about information given to me. Still no call back. Sent message through portal. They filled for one weeks worth. One week!!!!

Best care I've had in a long time. Quick intake, labs and evaluation. Thorough examination with compassion from admitting to discharge.
