Terrible service for POC. Went in was made to wait for 2.5 hrs. Watched other people walk in. With the same if not less emergency level. Not one time did a medical emergency vehicle show up on site. Watched them bring back others to be triaged had to ask for them to triage my child. We were assured that after other patients were discharged we would brought back. Other patients left and we were never brought back continued to another 1.5 hr. It got to the point where my child said get your money back and lets leave had to explain to them that their very good private insurance would pay for the cost of the visit. Only to never be seen. For something that literally would have been in and out! Do better! This healthcare system is fraud and discriminatory. Im over it and gonna start suing. Wake

Had same day surgery for a total knee. Every single person I interacted with was professional, kind, and caring. The CRNA, Derick, was phenomenal. I had an entire team working with me and the experience was exceptional. Surgery went flawless and care was excellent. Highly recommended.

The staff her take no consideration or even care to look into anything here. All they want you to do is call your “provider” to speak about it, why do I need to call a provider when I went to this ER hospital to get it done. FYI- I don’t have a provider at the moment, just delaying answers. All they see is dollar signs, not actually caring about helping patients that need it. Absolutely insane.

The Mortality Rate is a big thing. They do not want you to die on their turf. Just You're going Home....with no explanation. A bit of finesse from a Dr would be appreciated. Home is not always better. Taking my dog to the Vet for his last ride was kinder than this experience. I suggest a name change for the hospital.

When you have insurance you are penalized. I prepaid For an upcoming procedure and there is no discount but if I was uninsured there is a discount that is crazy no wonder more Americans don't have insurance. You can get it cheaper if you're uninsured. The employees and the care that is given at this hospital is extremely wonderful some of their policies need to be reviewed.
