Mercyhealth Urgent Care–Beloit

The best thing about Mercy Beloit is that there’s a few Janesville Mercy locations nearby. I have never seen such incompetence in a professional setting in my entire life. From the receptionists to the doctors.... They currently have only one pediatrician who I wouldn’t even consider recommending. Horrible communication, horrible attitude which she tries to overcompensate for with her less than genuine bubbliness. Ugh I am so upset I ever had to step foot in this place. Never again!

I went Saturday morning December 14th and I wished all a good morningh as i entered. each of the three employees i encountered were very pleasant and the phlebotomist was very skilled. There has been many difficulties getting a vein and it was an almost painless first timie success. I do not ever recall any impression of rudeness with any encounter there even though i am a bit frustrated with my medical care at this time (not any provider at this location). Jeannie M

I wish I could give mercy zero stars! I was established with a dr for several years for primary care and pain management and another for for rheumatology and they both flew the coop and left their patients in the hands of incompetent staff and student drs. Now after years of having a diagnosis and testing and paying mercy tons of money we get to start over with new drs that only plan to stay for a short time so no one to provide continued care for patients that have been with mercy for a long time on medications that are not safe to just end not to mention medications I was prescribed for a reason. I seriously want to look into legal representation for Mal practice on mercy for putting me through this

Super long wait for blood drawn today, it was a different phlebotomist than I usually have, actually it took two. I have a big bruise just from getting blood drawn. 😕
