Mercy Specialty Hospital - Southeast Kansas

Mercy Specialty Hospital is located conveniently near our home in SE Kansas and we don’t have to face the traffic congestion and maze of look alike office areas at the main facility in Joplin, MO. The hospital is very clean and well maintained and equipped. The staff are friendly, kind and professional. They are happy to answer any questions you or your family may have. They were respectful of my time and the concerns of my family. We are so glad to have all the Mercy medical center team here in Galena, KS.

My recent hospital experience was exceptional, marked by the outstanding kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Every team member, from the admitting desk to the surgical team, went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure. The atmosphere was consistently supportive, and their compassionate approach made a significant difference during a potentially stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for the high standard of care and would highly recommend this facility to others. It was, without a doubt, the best hospital experience I have had.

Very caring and compassionate. The listen and treat with care and concern for your well being. They push you to get better, but not so much that you leave in pain. Wonderful team. Paige and Shannon are great to work with.

Anyone needing therapy will love this place. Everyone has such a positive attitude that you might leave your appointment a little sore but you know there's progress and look forward to return!

Everyone here was very friendly the CT tech was truly amazing she explained everything in great detail and set excellent expectations even what to expect at checkout
