Mercy Pharmacy - Dierbergs Wildwood Town Center

Hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The pharmacists are friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient when answering all of my questions. Really has a small neighborhood feel, which I really like.

Let me premise if I could give zero starts I would. With that said 3 years at this pharmacy and there is a newer blonde pharmacist who puts her views of medication above that of a doctor/client. Long story short she refused to fill a prescription because of "her reasons." Specifically she had zero reasons and when I challenged her politely she got angry and upset. I asked her to call my doctor directly or if my doctor could call her. But again her opinion is greater then a medical doctor who has been in the field 30 years. The unprofessionalism and refusal of someone making 100k+ per year and a customer (myself) willing to engage in a conversation to make it work. In the end she walked off like a child, I will be also contacting her management and a lawyer next week. Behavior like

Nice down-home market. It's everywhere in StLouis, and so so so much better to their workers and to the economy than big corporate box WalMart. Refreshing!
