7/8/24 Seen Dr Thomas today for my first visit. I had difficulty understanding his speech. He reviewed my medical records and we discussed them. He referred me to have an ultrasound done. 2 weeks after my ultrasound, he has not contacted me with the results. My PCP did and scheduled a ct scan. I will not be returning to this physician in the future.

Did not feel like the doctor listened during appointments. Labs were sent to an out-of-network lab for testing without consulting me, resulting in a substantial bill for me because insurance denied the claim. Told my PCP I refuse to go back here.

I was referred to this office and scheduled with Dr. Thomas. When I went to my appt, he re-ordered labs that had already been done and told me he would call me in a day or two with the results and action plan to proceed. I never heard another word from him or his office. I simply am left with a bill of nearly $700 for the visit and lab work. I have called and voiced my opinion and concerns about the lack of care and responsibility of the Dr. to follow through, he feels his fee is justified. It is no wonder the cost of healthcare insurance is through the roof when physicians can and do bill outrageous amount for a few minutes of their time. I would never go back to this office. I let my referring physician know this as well. By far my worst physician experience in years!

Failed to attend to my needs. Dr. Thomas called me after our first visit and told me to go to the ER because my creatinine was high (2.8), which I had explained on our first visit that my baseline was 2.8 since being given cisplatin (a chemo drug known to be hard on kidneys) and having to have a kidney removed while taking lymph nodes. I lost 3 days of work because they wouldn't discharge me until my creatinine got down to a 1. I left AMA after 3 days of fluids and still being at 2.4 and have found other medical aid since.

Been having some problems got referred. The doctor asked if I wanted the paperwork so I could look at it everyday and maybe my symptoms would go away. It's really upsetting to be treated this way. I have enough health issues to know I have to stick up for myself, but it's not ok.
