Excellent care from registration, pre opp, and all the way to my discharge. My nurses Marcus,Laura,Debbie and Dr.Verzola and the nurses who were there in the surgical center were top notch. I appreciate them for taking such good care of me and keeping me and my husband informed.

Not happy with ER visit on November 17, 2025 at Mercy Jefferson. Took my Mom in after a fall that cut her left leg, on the advice of Mom's visiting nurse, who said the leg looked infected/cellulitis & lots of edema. She was right. The ER doctor did an ultrasound of Mom's leg & ruled out blood clots & then told us the leg, that looked awful, was not infected. Sent us home with no answers, no treatment. I ended up taking Mom to Urgent Care the very next day. Leg was infected/cellulitis. Mom was given an antibiotic & treatment plan. Now we have to hope it heals & she doesn't end up in wound care. I am upset that a doctor couldn't diagnose obvious infection. When I asked him about the redness & edema, he said it was from the fall. WRONG !! Go back to med school. The visit seemed rushed a

Was called after a few minutes of registering. The woman was very nice and welcoming. Then went back and felt very comfortable with the technician she was polite and very nice. Puts a person at ease especially with these tests. They are very nice here. Thank you

Lindsay Underwood Very great and professional nurse she is taking excellent care of me since I’ve been here. She has been on everything. My medicine draining my pump. If you can get her as a nurse, I highly recommend.

Let me start by saying i'm not a fan of hospitals. A family member of mine had a stroke and was recently admitted to this facility for a couple days. Rosalie Rn and Amber-tech On the stroke unit were absolutely amazing. The food wasn't real great. I don't suggest the flat iron stake. But the people actually care and that's what made the difference. It was a little different Seeing doctors on a rolling portable screen. But it worked out great. And I would feel safe with my parent here again.
