Mercy Hospital Booneville

Doctors are the worst of the lot. I couldn't breathe. They said anxiety and sent me home. I took a Lasix this morning and dropped 3lbs in 2 hours. When they discharged me without care, I took another Lasix and dropped 4.4 pounds in 1 hour. I am drowning in my own fluid and they want to call it anxiety. Dr. Upchurch & Lindsey both need to get a job in research or coroner. They are useless treating patients. I will never step foot in Booneville mercy again.

i’ve never seen such careless and pathetic doctors and nurses. told us “i’d just ignore it, and don’t use eye drops or a compress it will just make your job harder” when we took our 4 month old in for a swollen eye. so we took her to paris. there’s trauma to her eye and iris. absolutely lazy doctors and nurses, that hospital is the biggest insurance scam i have ever seen.

Is it Mercy hospitals policy now to reschedule your CT scans when you can come in with a payment? It was just a suggestion but I know what this lady was implying. I have insurance that you're getting ready to get a chunk of!!!!

Horrible experience with the service. Pregnant lady at the emergency room with very bad abdominal pain and the person at the desk at 4:30 on July 15 2025 told her loudly that she would be wasting her time to be seen and was encouraged to leave. I don’t understand why the desk jockey would turn people away instead of having them be seen by an actual medical professional. It makes me question the rest of the staffs compassion and integrity as well. It seems like they just don’t want to work and would prefer for people to drive to another hospital. Apparently that’s the only way to get real care.

First time colonoscopy. The care the Dr.& Staff were excellent & well trained for their jobs! Would recommend Mercy hospital to anyone! Thanks!
