My sister was taken, by ambulance, from Mercy clinic to the emergency room. She stayed there several hours then was taken by ambulance to Mercy Rogers. She wanted to go to Washington Regional where her cardiologist is, but they took her to Rogers. She stayed there for a week then taken to Encompass Health in Fayetteville. She was there for one day and taken by ambulance to Washington Regional and put on a ventilator. It was discovered that her Mercy doctor in Berryville had taken her off her blood thinner almost a year ago and she had a large blood clot in her heart. After she continued to get worse, she was taken off life support. She died Tuesday and by Saturday we received TWO bills from TWO different collection agencies demanding money!!!! This proves to me how PATHETIC Mercy Hospital
I took my child in the middle of the night and there was literally NO ONE in the emergency room. They took so long, where there was no one was insight maybe ask how long would the doctor to be in to see my child. I love this hospital but it seems there are certain people that love their job others that are just lazy or maybe not interested on attending. But Mercy y'all got to do better and y'all concerned about getting sick, hospitals are supposed to be cold to kill bacteria or whatever they keep it cold for it was warm.

Every single time I have used their services (for diagnostic tests and for follow up on bone density issues) ALL the staff have been not only professional and very helpful but also kind and have a good sense of humor! I write heartfelt notes of gratitude after every encounter. I am so grateful
