Mercy Health Urgent Care, Western Hills

I had such a great experience. The receptionist was extremely helpful when I struggled with my insurance info. She was so patient and kind. I was seen within minutes and the doctor was so thorough. They really put together a great team!!!

Service was terrific and staff was great! We chose this location because it advertised x-rays. When we got there after seeing the doc and told that I needed an x-ray I was told that x-ray technician Etc was not available at that location that day. The only way that I could have the X-ray included in the price paid for the visit was to go to the other side of town. I should have called first to ascertain but didn't feel that I needed to because of the way that x-ray was promoted in the ad.

Put myself on the wait list and waited for about 40 minutes past my time, which on a busy Sunday seemed fair. The waiting room was clean and quiet. The physician assistant Jasleen was great, and got to me very quickly after I got in the room, listened attentively and addressed my issues. I would definitely visit this location again.

Quick, easy, convenient. I’d choose this location again and again over CareFirst any day. Nurse practitioner (V. Meyer) was thorough, kind, and I was in and out with an appropriate prescription in less than an hour.

Front office staff was so helpful and got me scheduled very quickly. The NP, Vicki was the kindest and most patient urgent care provider I’ve seen. She was very thorough and I’m thankful she was assigned to me today. Overall a good, quick, and easy experience.
