Mercy Health Urgent Care, West Toledo

First things first. I was there about a year ago and it cost $100 to be seen. At that point in time the receptionist checked you in. Today it cost me $149 to be seen, and I had a check in at a kiosk. I'm really not sure of any of the reasoning behind this? After checking in they send you a text message for you to further check in. Fortunately the receptionist said she could take care of it from there. I was only in the waiting room for a few minutes before they called me back. (as there was nobody else there) The nurse that took my vitals seemed hospitable and kind. The doctor however, seemed very monotoned, not happy or sad, just really no form of expression at all. I was there to be treated for Gout. She said normally she would recommend an x-ray but they didn't have an x-ray machine the

I went to have an ear looked at because I've had an earache for a couple of weeks. I wasn't able to get into my regular doctor in a timely manner. I was in and out and probably 15 minutes and the doctor was very thorough with the treatment that she prescribed. I'm very happy

Honestly the fastest care I have ever received at an urgent care. If ever in need of services in the future, I will be going no where else but here! Thank you! The staff was overly helpful by switching my prescriptions to 3 different pharmacies until we found one that was open and I could pick them up that same evening. Very appreciative.

My visit at West Toledo Urgent care was very pleasant. Medical Assistants Kaylah and Linda, as well as Nurse Practitioner Robyn Skibinski met me with welcoming attitudes and helped me through my medical issue. I will definitely continue going there for any urgent care need and recommend it to friends.

It was my first visit to this Mercy Urgent Care facility. The waiting room was empty, the admission process was simple, and within 10 minutes I was in a consultation room. Every staff member was sharp, kind, and professional. I was especially impressed with nurse practitioner Carrie. She quickly assessed my condition, explained what was happening in my body, and began treatment. Carrie took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to do once I left. I would not hesitate for a moment to return to Mercy Urgent Care.
