Mercy Health Urgent Care, South Toledo

Had to see urgent care twice this week, once for my oldest and once for myself. Both times were very quick trips, and everybody was super sweet and friendly. I was even told “I needed you today!” Because I walked in chipper and smiley, which made my day🫶🏽 I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at this urgent care. They used to be a lot slower, but I usually expect that - either I got very lucky when they were slow or that’s improved a bunch! Either way highly recommend.

I was very very happy to find that the Dr. I had was very very knowledgeable about what has been an on going health problem of mine ., because he has the same things. Even tho I came in for bronchitis AND infected ear he listened and answered some other questions . I would switch to him from my primary if I knew how. Great job Doctor. It's been many years since I had a great Dr EXPERIENCE.

They are always great! The wait time a few times were long but everyone has to learn to be patient! They always tell me if there is a short or long wait time always friendly never rude! I get it we have our days! Plus we know how the Internet and computers and other technology can be slow or not working properly!

Very disappointed that you have to go up to a kiosk to put your information in and upload your id’s and insurance information and payment information when there is someone at the desk.Talk about feeling like this was a non personal way to be taken care of. When you are 90 years old and sick it is not easy even on a good day to try to do all that. Feel like we went through a drive up window. And they don’t take tricare. Thank goodness I was there there to help my mom. Again 90 years old, 2 week history of cough, only did swabs for Covid and influenza (who cares it’s the symptoms and how long you have been sick) cough has wheezing, but coughing stuff up still also. Sending away with cough drops only. No chest X-ray (maybe they don’t have one but not sure how they check for broken ankles et

Great experience with my provider, (not sure what her name was – maybe Sally? Started with an S I think) but her assistant and the doctor were both very helpful with a cotton swab I got stuck in my ear. Did a flush and got it right out (thank goodness), and their service was exceptional!
