Mercy Health Urgent Care, Finneytown

I had a wonderful experience while visiting Mercy Urgent care. The wait was not long at all. Maybe 25 minutes. Once I explained the issues that I was having regarding my illness, the nurse and doctor whom tended to me were on it as far as getting to the root cause of my issue. This clinic cares about their patients and their needs.I will definitely visit this location again for future medical needs. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The staff was very friendly and very caring. The doctor was amazing I wish that he was still in private practice because I was surely want him as my medical doctor. He was very informative, he explained everything that was going on with me and most of all he listens to what I had to say and what was going on with me. This is why if I have an urgent need instead of going to the hospital all the time I'd rather come to the Urgent Care. I've never been more happier with medical professionals until I started coming to Mercy Urgent Care. Great job

Highly recommend this urgent care. It is always clean, staff are always so kind & uplifting, and you can tell they truly take care of their patients with all their heart. The desk ladies are so freaking sweet! I am only putting 4 stars due to wait times. I have had to wait for almost an hour before, but I’m telling you it’s worth the wait, they truly are great here.

We had a wonderful experience at Mercy Health Urgent Care, Finneytown! We were able to schedule online and get in within an hour. We checked in and the Receptionist was warm and friendly. Upon checking in, they saw us right away. The nurse assistant was also very friendly with my son who has autism. Michelle, the NP was very caring and professional. She listened to all my questions and concerns. My son and I felt very cared for. I highly recommend Mercy Health Urgent Care, Finneytown.

The staff here are incredibly kind, thorough, empathetic and transparent with you. Dr. Ross is an excellent physician with great bedside manner and does not send you for unnecessary treatments. He gives excellent advice and care recommendations. DeVonna at the front desk was very sweet and Jashudo was patient, fast and thorough with everything she needed to do. All the staff I interacted with were amazing. I highly recommend coming here if you're in need of urgent care. Thank you all again for everything that you do!
