Mercy Health Urgent Care, Cherry Grove

Although I had only ever driven by before, after being ill for several days I decided to come in for my appointment. From check-in to care, the experience exceeded my expectations. The front desk receptionist was welcoming, the atmosphere was calming, and the entire staff treated me with genuine kindness and respect. I will absolutely return here in the future instead of a smaller clinic. Thank you for providing such wonderful care. 🤍

Me and my husband cane into the mercyhealth Urgent care on Ohio pike cherry grove. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and very helpful. They were fast and efficient. The number one thing is they were so polite sweet, and full of smiles. Both the nurse and doctor was very nice and pleasant. Answered all the questions we had. It was our first time at this office,and we highly recommend it. Thanks for a good visit thumbs up from this momma!!

I visited the Mercy Urgent Care in Cherry Grove. I was greeted right away and saw a medical assistant within minutes. She gathered data before the nurse practitioner came in. He was great. Took time to listen to my concerns and involved me in decisions. Overall it was a great experience.

Wes and the nurse who helped me (forgot her name) were both thorough, professional and made me feel heard. Office was clean, service was quick, and the front desk lady was wonderful. I don’t often leave reviews but having the all around service like I did at this office, they deserve the recognition. Thank you all for your wonderful assistance and patient care. I will absolutely be recommending you.

Mercy Health Urgent Care is fantastic! The facility is bright & clean. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The provider I saw was Rebecca Smart, and she was so kind and helpful! You will receive excellent care here!
