Mercy Health Urgent Care, Bridgewater

I’ve been dealing with some sinus congestion and heavy coughing at night for about a week. I finally decided to go get checked out. I made an arrival appointment time of 2:30 and was able to get there earlier than expected. No problem. Katelyn and Danielle got me checked in and handled my intake in minutes. Danielle took my vitals and a few moments later I was seen by Tiffanie. All extremely professional and treated as more than just a patient. Tiffanie even reviewed my chart and seen I was sick just shy of 3 months ago and offered a better treatment plan to actually get me better. I would and will always highly recommend this urgent care to all my friends, family and coworkers!! Thank you guys for taking care of me!!

The care we received was great and the provider was very professional and personable. She was warm and caring. I really appreciate the care my daughter received. Office staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was the process of sending the prescription to my pharmacy. I called to tell them the prescription wasn’t sent to any of the pharmacy’s locations. They assured it will be taken care of. I waited all day from 11am at this current time 6 pm no prescription sent. My child feels horrible and needs to start her medication.

Excellent care! We went there this morning for my husband and Dr. Salam was excellent. My husband has not been to the doctor in 3 yrs and does not like to go. I am in the medical field and Dr. Salam had the best bedside manner with my husband. He educated my husband on his diagnosis and on the medications he prescribed him. He also educated him on follow up as well. Dr. Salam is the best, I wish he could be my husbands PCP. I think he would be more willing to follow up w a doctor he could find a a doctor like Dr. Salam & his staff. Also, Debbie and the office staff today was amazing. So kind. I had an overall great experience. But your NP Cynthia Perez is special. She listens to the patients and involves them in their plan of care. I really haven’t had that kind of care my entire life. It was quite refreshing, she went above and beyond. I’m super impressed and thankful she was there when I needed her.

I was greeted by a very pleasant woman at the front desk, Katelyn. She was extremely helpful when the online registration got frustrating. She was very patient!! Then Megan took me back to the room and she was so sweet and professional!! She was a joy to interact with and much better than so many medical assistants in doctors offices! You better hold on to her! I was seen by Iman and she was very thorough in making sure she didn’t overlook anything and very reassuring. I was hesitant to come in and I was feeling so sick when I got there but I received the best care I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend!!
