Absolutely terrible experience! I’m an RN now for 18 years and just went in on lunch break bc felt so bad never had this feeling before and wanted BP checked etc triage checked me I got back somewhat quickly that wasn’t issue first BP was 176/106 then went even higher writhing three ish minutes still nobody come in etc remind u I tell tj I had heart surgery last November chest pressure some pain a tad and pressure in neck and head etc all new never happened prior! Nobody still came I’ve always had lower pressure but elevated heartbeat this was polar opposite for me high BP like critical and extremely low heart rate for me in the 40-50s max & the cuff continued to check it & it rises, No call light.. so I was so scared& I got up went to hallway begging for doctor or someone long story short

Absolutely horrible phone service! If the phone service is this bad I can only imagine how the patients are being treated. I've been working in healthcare for about 15 years as a Medical Assistant. I've worked front and back office, dealing with patients by phone and in person. YOU DEAL WITH EACH PERSON PATIENT BY PATIENT! I simply called to check on my daughter. I have not heard from her since I found out she was going to that ER 9 HOURS AGO. I'm pretty sure her phone is dead by now and we all know that nurses don't care about your phone going dead so they won't let you borrow a charger. I needed to check on my daughter just to be sure she's okay. Before I could even finish saying my daughter's name this woman cut me off and said she didn't have anyone there by that name and even if she d

Every time I go to this er I regret it. Nurse and front desk clerk are extremely nice and helpful. But the doctors? Wow. Absolutely no bed side manners. I went in for extreme gum infection, abcess. I literally was there 20 minutes! He gave me an antibiotic and absolutely nothing for pain. I have a dental appointment this week but the infection keeps getting worse. I spent more time with the nurse than him. He had plain clothes on and didn't even look like an appropriate doctor!!! The doctors make you feel like you're lying, or just want painkillers. Never again!!!! I knew better but it was the closest.

I went today during a level three snow emergency due to flu like symptoms. They took my vitals, my resting heart rate was 133 when I came in due to severe dehydration. I came into the urgent care at 4:50pm and self discharged at 6:30pm. I was told I did not have a fever, did not have the flu and did not have Covid. When I explained that I had taken fever reducing medications 4 hours prior and requested they retake my temp - they did not. I was instead told this was “likely my anxiety and COULD be another virus”. I asked if I would have any further testing done or be sent home with any medication - they said no. I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. Nurses were all very kind & the doctor, wish I could remember her name, was amazing. Only thing i recommend would be to keep heat/ac at a lower temperature to keep people comfortable. I was in a lot of pain & burning up which was not a good mix!
