Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital

I was in Anderson Mercy 3 days and had great care. I also liked all my doctors, nurses and even the lady that took my food order daily. They were helpful and friendly. My room was very nice and it was clean. I only have positive things to say about my stay.

Thank You to Dr. Igo Ribiero and the surgical team who gave my life back. Had to have a MID CABG open heart surgery. Surgery went down without a hitch,the nurses who attended me where awesome and I tried to be a good patient. Through their patience and understanding I made a great recovery. I am twelve days out now and feel better every day. They are the utmost professional and caring calibre of people you would want taking care of you. The nurses were at my side without hesitation when I needed them, making sure I was comfortable and timely delivery of medications to keep my pain down. Dr. Ribiero checked on me a couple times a day to make sure I was doing okay, he and his team at Mercy Anderson are top of the line medical professionals and fantastic humans. Our child was seen in the ER for pneumonia and sepsis. The attending physician had her admitted because she was very sickly. She has stayed for 5 days an has received the best of care!!! I would recommend the ER and hospital for health care needs.( we’ve been here other visits with good experiences)

Went to ER for uncontrollable pain. I’ve had many IVs over the years due to surgeries..etc… and have always been told I have good veins. The person who put my IV in at Mercy Anderson was obviously not competent. She talked to herself the whole time…going over the procedure. The tourniquet was so tight it was extremely painful. I just wanted it over to get my pain under control. After she finished she asked the nurse to look at the IV.. her words were, “could you look at this I’m not feeling confident about it”. The nurse took it out immediately, and put one in the other arm. No problem at all. These pic were a week apart. I will take the time to drive to Christ Hospital if the need ever arises again

Great care! All nurses were attentive and met all my needs. I usually have issues with anesthesia but my concerns were addressed and everything went smoothly.
