The doctor who examined me for a UTI sent off a urine culture. After 2 days, she called me with news that the medicine she prescribed would not work for the type of infection. She also directed me to the ER for an IV. After waiting 2-1/2 hours I saw the Attending physician who read my lab results told me that in fact, I didn’t need an IV antibiotic and sent me home with a oral prescription to take for 10 days. The visit cost me money and time. Not to mention the ER patients who mostly were in a more serious need of medical attention.

Hands down one of the coolest places we have been. They have a HUGE fish tank when you walk in and then a play ground; In the middle of the waiting room! Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face and was so friendly. During our appointment, all three physicians were very informative and patient.

Front desk people so nice, now the blonde lady who assess you in the room before the doctor comes in is so incredibly rude and insensitive. She absolutely pushed us out of the door, basically kicked us out, and went against MO law. 10/10 do not recommend going here because of her specifically. Total access is the way to go!

We were able to see someone within 10 to15 minutes. Very happy to have this service available. It's very difficult to go directly to the doctor's office and be seen any more. Fortunately, urgent care practices are a good alternative these days.

I visited this Festus location on Saturday, 8/2/25, with symptoms of a sore throat, body aches, headache, nausea, and night sweats while freezing. These symptoms had been going on since late Thursday or Friday before my visit. I was given a strep test, which turned out negative. I was then told I had drainage in the back of my throat and that was the reason for the sore throat. I was prescribed steroids, then released. As I was picking up my steroid prescription on Sunday, 8/3/25, I decided to buy a Covid test. I got home, tested myself, and it was positive. I’m extremely frustrated with this location because I should’ve been given a covid test. I’ve possibly infected dozens of others because the staff didn’t want to do their job.
