The doc’s bedside manner is amazing and he explained everything and why behind his decisions. She has been here before and it’s always been an excellent experience. Quick quick quick experience. Best emergency care in the area.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience! My wife had a severe allergic reaction, so we went to the ER. We got checked in and in a room within five minutes of walking in (11 p.m. on a Thursday). The nurses and doctor were all very knowledgable and attentive. They were able to take care of her reaction with no issues, and we were out after about 2-2.5 hours. Before insurance, our cost was a little less than $2,000, which is not terrible for an ER visit. All in all, I'm glad that we chose to go here, and we will likely return here for any future emergency visits!

Waited for about 10 minutes with this going off on a 90/38 blood pressure, can be extremely dangerous, then waited another 15 minutes for a nurse to show up AFTER we hit the button. Can hear them just chatting and laugh down the hallway. When we voiced these frustration the nurse on duty she said it was because there's "only one doctor" okay? We weren't waiting on a doctor. Doctors don't typically take the blood pressure of the patients. This place is usually so wonderful. I don't know what the problem was tonight but Jesus christ.

I went there for abdominal and back pain. WAY better than washing regional. the staff was so friendly. they really made me feel so comfortable. the nurse even gave my son a little stuffed dog one of the other nurses mom made🥺 he said they typically just give it to sick babies/kids, but ran to give us one as we were leaving! hands down the best hospital/emergency room in NWA!

If I could give this facility a negative five-star review, I would. My husband and I experienced one of the most appalling examples of healthcare I have ever witnessed—verging on gross negligence. In September 2024, my husband began experiencing severe, escalating pain. On September 9th, we saw our primary care physician, who recognized the seriousness of his condition and ordered extensive testing. She informed us that results would not be available until the following day. That evening, my husband’s pain intensified to the point that it was unbearable. I convinced him to go to the emergency room. Since our primary care provider is affiliated with Mercy, we first went to the Mercy ER in Rogers. Upon arrival, we found the waiting room overcrowded, with several patients actively bleeding. M
