Mercy Clinic Pediatrics - Smith Glynn Callaway

Dr. Amritphale is great with all three of my girls ages 8-17. Hey all feel comfortable with her. She's empathetic and thorough. My only issue is it can be hard to get appointments same day of needed.

I have never had a better experience. I've been running around like a chicken with my head cut off just trying to find a pediatrician to listen and actually hear me about my daughter's symptoms that she's had issues with since birth. I expressed how they scared me and that her previous pediatrician had overlooked things and that they were brushed off as "normal" but how she had all these chronic health problems. As parents, we worry. All it took was 10 minutes for someone to listen, and actually hear me. They gave her a proper diagnosis and come to find out, all these problems were related. At 9 months old she is finally able to receive the treatment she needs. Thank you.

Completely unprofessional they canceled my 1 year old daughter's appointment an hour before hand she had been running a temperature for 2 days of 102 and said there's nothing they can do the lady at the front desk Wendy was so rude and completely unprofessional

I love my children's doctor. They are clean, friendly and spot on. My children are well taken care of here.

Professional and helpful. Very nice people.
