We had been with Dr. Garner for several years now. He is attentive, accurate, and so good with my child. Yeah, we’ve had to wait, and yes, we have had rude phone encounters too, but…..people. I love this office and their services.

Everyone on staff is very attentive, caring, and have always listened to me. They work so hard, and will do everything in their power to help you. 5⭐️ every day in my book.

One of the rudest phone encounters I've had with Mercy. Overall, I feel like Mercy has grown exponentially in the past decade. Today reminded me of 'Old Mercy'-less where you're an inconvenience if they decide you're too much trouble. I've NO idea what happened, but they must have issues taking notes, because I spoke with someone on Tuesday about a doctor inquiry. She assured me there was a doctor open and she'd have someone inquire the next day about my inquiries. She would be out of office, she explained. I called today because nobody called me yesterday. I spoke with someone who would never even confirm she had my notes, but then obviously she did because she knew some of my son's information. She was extremely unhelpful. She told me there wasn't any doctor available there, and then sh

About 75% of the time we have had appointments here we get called back quite a bit later than the appointment time. Once, twice, even three times I can get over. But it's a regular thing at this clinic. I understand that you can get behind schedule. It happens. But not once have we been told that the doctor is behind and the wait time will be longer than expected. Today, after waiting almost an hour after check in, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told the doctor was seeing one patient, had two more in rooms waiting to be seen and one more waiting to be called back. It's just poor customer service to not keep your lobby informed about extreme wait times. Completely unacceptable from a business/customer experience point of view.
