Omg! Nurse Miranda did a wonderful job with my son E.S. She was very professional, sweet, and listened to all my concerns. I had many questions, but she ever got irritated or frustrated. I enjoyed seeing her and his Dr. Maurli. They make a good team. Miranda makes the wait in the waiting room well worth it! We were blessed with the best care staff nurse member. I recommend anyone with a newborn to see her! My son had many problems at birth and now we’re down to 0 problems, and a healthy baby boy !

Called 12+ times over the past year to have the first appointment with my newborn. NICU advised to make an appointment 1 week after discharge. Always given the run around “someone will call you” they don’t the nurses are extremely rude. The front desk lady on the right is always the most rude. They won’t fire anyone despite all the negative reviews because they are all friends. They will argue with you to no extent, talk over you, they don’t care. They refuse to believe they do anything wrong, including giving access to my children’s profile to a non family member/non legal guardian based on their word. (Children born at mercy, with me listed as mother and primary caregiver, even changed the mother on profile to her) no apologies, nothing. Extremely unprofessional. With a whole new team Dr

Dr Ukwey is always very patient and attentive to his patients I like him that I recommend him to my daughter for his son’s pediatric. I still have one of my kids with him other 3 grown up and moved to a different clinic. But every one loved him.!! Thank you Dr Ukwey

Dr Murali is great however I can’t speak for the rest of the staff here. Called to have my 4 week newborn come in to be evaluated for concerns only to be told to take her to the ER for a fever over 100. She had other symptoms that I was concerned about & nurse Miranda stated just to take her to the ER if her temp was above 100 & wouldn’t see her for her other symptoms. I continued to monitor my daughter for the next week & called back to see if I could get her in & the receptionist made an appointment for me to see the nurse practitioner the following day. Ironically nurse Miranda called me back stating that there was a system error and they could not make the appointment which is untrue because I received a confirmation for the appointment in my email, numeracy.net & also my number. I’m a nursing student and the staff was very kind and welcoming! I had a wonderful experience here thanks to Dominique and all of the other staff members.
