Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - Scenic

I've now met 3 out of 4 providers here at Scenic. I cannot say enough good things about all aspects here. Dr Bendt, Brian, Robert and Tish have all been very respectful, supportive and overall caring about my health. The medical assistants X-ray and lab techs have always been friendly, thorough and helpful. Last but not least the ever friendly, dependable office staff. They go out of their way to see everything is done, answered and completed and have done this with a smile. Thank you all at Scenic.

Got in soon as a new patient, didn’t have to wait for 8 mo to a yr like I did with Cox ones, I was super surprised! Physician Robert Kail was amazing, compassionate of my ailments, and informative. I’m blessed to have been assigned him!

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this is the second time I’ve dealt with rude, dismissive behavior from the front desk staff. It felt like a power trip rather than patient support. The providers themselves are excellent, which makes the contrast frustrating. Front desk staff set the tone for the entire visit, and this tone has been consistently unwelcoming.

Everyone from the girls at the front desk to my nurse practitioner are outstanding! I like dr Sutar too!

I love this clinic and the doctors and staff there. I definitely would recommend this clinic if decided to move here.
