Merchant Pediatrics

We ate very grateful to Doctor sohail Merchant for his care and support provided to my child and me , Dr was incredibly supportive and listening, explaining all points clearly, Really Doctor’s guidance and care made every difficult issue easier for us to manage. I appreciate the professionalism, empathy ,understanding and kindness shown from him, I highly recommend Dr sohail Merchant as pediatrician to any family seeking excellent care and support provided.

This has to be the worst practice ever, my son was diagnosed with strep throat and whatever virus my son had he passed it to me so I went to a doctor and was diagnosed with the flu. So this whole time my son had the flu and was misdiagnosed with strep throat after finding out what I had. He's taking medication for something he doesn't have because it was flu this whole time and the doctor from merchant didn't check him for flu. I will never in my life take my kids to this office. Now I have to waste my time again on top of my illness and not feeling well and take him to get checked for flu and given the proper medication for recovery. They even gave my son his hepatitis b shot too early that he needs to get another shot now.These are the dumbest doctors ever and nothing ever gets resolved.

The place was packed for the first, they have no masks in there barely any full sanitation & the doctor was very rude, she seemed to have a problem with me being a 18 new young mother she talked to ne as if i was her child and tried to demean me. Her questions were condescending and she was very judgemental. Considering its my first time getting pregnant I went to the hospital not knowing what route I would take and needing to know how far along I was she proceeded to tell me “it was simple math” and she proceeded to ask unnecessary questions as in “am i still in highschool” & “was i keeping the baby” as if I wasnt there for AN OB. Her name is Kaki, Sujatha. I just want everyone to know how their visit will go with this specific doctor. At the Turkey lake location I have never had to deal

Terrible service. Have been going here over 26 years it is hasn’t gotten better. The new doctor, Dr. Kaki was very uninterested and judgmental! The office scheduled an appointment for us and the nurse didn’t even know what it was for. Doctor came in late, and was quick to judge during her visit. Told us that high cholesterol wasn’t an issue because I was skinny and advised me to eat meat even though she knew I’m a vegetarian. Will be changing doctors!
