Mend primary care

Pleasant but confusing experience overall. I went in a few weeks ago for acute care. The staff was kind, and the NP was supportive, attentive, and professional during my visit. I genuinely appreciated the care I received that day. I had originally been scheduled to return that Thursday at 10am, but after my Tuesday appointment I was able to reconnect with my specialist. I called to cancel the follow-up and requested a copy of my records. I was told instead that the provider would call me. When I called back on Thursday, I was informed that the appointment was not considered a telehealth visit and that the provider was simply going to “call for an update.” When I requested my records, I was initially told that all healthcare providers have fax numbers, which isn’t necessarily accurate—es

It has been 20 Years since I’ve visited a Doctor. I came in just for a physical. Shaniya was my first point of contact and she made me feel so comfortable about my visit there. I started off so nervous. I almost wanted to leave. She was the reason I stayed and bettered my life and life choices. Great office. Clean , friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for restoring my faith with Doctor offices again. :)

I had my annual physical today with Dr. Alemu at Med Primary Care in Tucker, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a medical office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a genuinely warm welcome. The entire team was friendly, courteous, and everything ran on time — which I really appreciate. What stood out most was Dr. Alemu. He sat down, gave me his full attention, and really listened. I never felt rushed. He took the time to understand what was important to me and made sure we addressed my concerns thoughtfully and thoroughly. That level of attention and detail made a big difference. It’s not often you leave a physical feeling this positive — I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to coming back next year. Hig
