Highly irritated! I went in lastnight 02/20/2026. Had kidney stones. I dont always show pain, nor am I a damn drug seeker. I know what drugs are for what because I work in Healthcare also. I had dr khalal or whatever the freak his name is, I really dont care because I dont want him ever taking care of me again! I know my rights! Tell me why after the so-called stronger meds and im still alert and aware and in pain that you'd turn around and give me Tylenol via Intravenous. I said the damn pain was at 6/10 because you thought I was stupid enough to think that actually helped. I wanted out because I knew u assumed I was drug seeking. I know how having medical works, if I dont have the damn discharge papers and choose to leave I'd have to pay a pointless amount of money for a pointless trip

My father had an accident and went to mena, he had staples put in his head and they didnt clean it, now he has cellulitis. Also he has a torn rotor cuff ( damage to his muscles and tendons) and they didnt diagnose that. I would not ever go to this hospital. Also my wife gave birth there 4 year ago and it was the WORST experience. This hospital does not care about you, only about your money. If i was dying I think id rather die then go there. Its like that.

Don't really care for this hospital, especially in the ER you have to wait forever. Staying for more than a day nurses are great, never get to see the doctor except maybe once a day I don't specifically like that.. definitely need to do better

I cannot recommend these folks highly enough! They are kind, professional and thorough. This was my 2nd experience with PT and these guys knocked it out of the park! I thought for sure I would need surgery and it looks like, because of their commitment to my care, I am going to be able to avoid that! I am so grateful to James, Jonathan, Hanna and Kyle. Bobby and Bee are awesome as well! 5 stars for sure!

We are TOTALLY PLEASED with and grateful for ALL of the staff at the Mena Hospital, especially the staff of the Senior Behavioral Until! The staff in the ER upon arrival were attentive and thorough and very kind. Our mom, age 84, was inpatient there for 2 weeks 5 days and EVERYONE worked tirelessly to help her heal from 3 fractures she had when she went in. Dr. Hudefi is a wonderful doctor who took so much time on the phone with us explaining everything we needed to know to understand what we were going through. The nurses were very knowledgeable, kind and caring. The CNAs were loving and patient and caring. Our mom was very well taken care of. The social worker was a crusader for our mom and worked days on end to help us find a wonderful place for Mom to be cared for. Thank you all from t
