Nurses don’t know how to do their job. forgot to put my daughters shots into her records so she got shots more then once because of it and when I called Sheila to get it fixed she made rude comments about how many times I called when she wouldn’t answer me back. Have tried to get into contact with someone higher up about my issue and haven’t received a call back. Never taking my daughter back there again. It’s one thing to mess up on her shots once but to do it again and also not fix the last mistake when I told the nurses what happened last time and they still forgot to put shots in there and was going to try to give it to her again two weeks later at her next appointment I’m glad I asked for her immunization records before then. I loved Davis-humes but her nurses don’t know how to do the

I am happy with who I seen but I had my heart monitored over a month ago and still haven't heard the results. When asked about it on Tuesday of this week I was told it has got lost or over looked. That the nurse was going to get the doctor to look at it and I would get a call on Wednesday. Never got that call. I just don't understand why they can't read it and give me the results. Not sure if I will stay with them.

Great staff to work with me. My doctor is good at explaining things to me besides being a good doctor and surgeon.

Memphis Medical is a good clinic to go to. Everyone is very polite and caring.
