This clinic is fine if your child is well, I suppose, if you enjoy rude staff who are rough with your children. If your child develops an issue, they are dangerous. There is a culture of derision and dismissal here. Yes, they WILL laugh at you in your face and ignore patient needs while your child suffers. If they refer you out for testing or scans, don’t expect to be informed of the results or any plan to be made for further care. I thought the whole point of a pediatrician was to be established care for a patient when something goes wrong - not at this group. There are many better pediatricians not so far away. Thankfully my child is with one now.

My child has been receiving care here for over two years, and I can truly say the experience has been amazing. From the very beginning, they’ve made us feel like family instead of just another patient. My child has special needs and can sometimes be difficult, but the entire team goes above and beyond to accommodate her without ever treating her differently than any other child. Michelle in referrals is one of the sweetest people I’ve met—she takes her time, reaches out consistently, and does everything she can to support my child’s progress and growth. This place has been such a great find for our family. The doctors and nurses are so good with kids—they’re patient, caring, and really take the time to make sure both kids and parents feel comfortable. You can tell they actually listen, which as a parent means everything. The staff is always friendly, and visits never feel rushed. My child actually doesn’t mind coming here, which says a lot! I strongly advise against bringing your child here. I’m extremely upset and currently considering taking further action due to what I believe to be patient neglect. My concerns about precocious puberty were initially dismissed, only to be later validated by a second opinion. I had to advocate persistently to secure necessary referrals, which resulted in delayed care and support that my child should have received much earlier. Additionally, the delay in transferring medical records—whether due to staffing shortages or the unfortunate passing of personnel—is unacceptable. Timely access to medical information is critical, and such delays only compound the harm caused by inadequate care.
