*UPDATE* I got a call from the center Head Nurse today, they contacted their cleaning service and was able to find my wallet. Good news! Kudos to the nursing staff for the follow through. Although I still recommend you leave your personal items with your designated driver. I would still like to see Memorial Care create a Check In & Check Out system list for your patients to document personal items being left or taken off (jewelry, keys, phone, wallet, etc) so the staff and patient can both verify items left and given back to the patient before they are released. I will amend my score to 5 stars thank you! All the staff was fantastic. Beware do not leave your personal belongings in the bag they provide, leave them with your driver! Had cataract surgery on October 8, 2025. I was over charged for an upgraded lense that I did not receive. I have been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks. My eye doctor has confirmed that I didn't get the upgraded lense. The billing department has been waiting on an internal email on this for almost 4 weeks. Not happy with the refund process. Update, received refund in late January. In my many conversations with the billing department I was told that I would receive a call when the refund was processed. No call. Their customer service is horrible.

Had my colonoscopy today and I was very happy with the way I was treated. My nurse Kristina and my anesthesiologist Dr Lou and my gastroenterologist Dr. Cox were amazing. The procedure was quick. Everybody was very sweet very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease it was a very pleasant experience thanks so much everyone for your excellent support.

These lovely people have mastered the art of efficiency and compassion simultaneously. It's a tough balance, and they have aced it. My procedure was quick, but I never felt rushed. Comfort was never an issue as they were attentive to my every need. I can't say enough good things about how they run their facility. Thank you.

I'm still high from surgery this afternoon, but wanna give a shout out to (forgive me if I'm wrong! ) Kevin, Dr. Aslmand, Dr. George (best nap ever), Dr. Chan, Mandy, Diego and all of the other nurses that work there. I was almost too relaxed going into surgery just knowing I was in great hands. The front desk that checked me in was also incredible! Hope I never have to do this again, but if my ankle-or any other body part gives up on life again- I will definitely be back! Highly, highly, HIGHly (see what I did there😉) recommend!
