From our first appointment to my surgery day, he was calm, warm, reassuring, and incredibly skilled. Even though our consult was brief, his video call with me the week before surgery eased all of my anxiety. On surgery day he explained the significant difference in my breast size and how he planned to restore balance and relieve the weight that had caused years of back and shoulder pain. My right breast required 1000 ccs removed and my left required 600. I did not realize the extent of the imbalance until he carefully explained everything. I am writing this review as what was a potential patient of this office, but I will be looking at other physicians now given the run around I have gotten from this place. I initially requested a consultation with one of the doctors at their other location in Houston back in April, only to be told all of the doctors at that location are not currently taking insurance patients. They referred me to this office's location because they said Dr. Truong was their only physician taking any insurance patients. I did my research for the best doctor to preform my tummy tuck. I found Dr. Roehl on instagram. Her work speaks for itself. She’s beyond talented in her craft! I scheduled my appt, once I met Dr. Roehl & her team I knew I made the best decision! My surgery went amazing, my results are even more AMAZING! I wanted to express my appreciation for Dr. Truong and the front desk staff of this location. I have mainly been here for follow ups after my surgery at another location in the network. Here, Miss Alyssa, Lexi, Lisbeth, Liss, Maria and Bridgette were always so incredibly kind anytime I would give them a call regarding consultation, financial or medical related questions and never left anything unanswered. The facility itself is always clean and comfortable and the music is forever nostalgic. I always felt right at home and there has never been a concern with wait times or feeling unheard.
