I was seen at this office on 11/1/25. I came here to do my physical and TB test for employment and the girl in reception she was very nice. I was called in very quick and was seen by doctor very fast . Overall I did have a good experience with this office .

I have been coming here for years through work. I always have to wait hours to be seen, even if when I get called into a room quickly, I will have to wait in there so long that you feel they forgot about you. Also, I lost a day of pay because they would not put a return to work day for the next day even though I was seen late in the afternoon. They cleared me to return to work and by the time I got to work I only had 2 hours to work and my work said to return tomorrow instead. I called and asked them again to change my return date to the next day and they still wouldn't. They claimed they can't put a future date for the return to work day, which is not true based on my numerous medical surgeries/procedures at other doctors offices. I don't know if this falls on the doctor or the workers c

The wait time is always over 2 hours with an appointment. I really dislike that they put me in a room without being checked on for over 1.5 hrs. I always leave my appointments feeling anxious and frustrated. It doesn't feel good to not know when they're actually going to come back into the room. This has been an ongoing issue..either they're overlooking or don't have enough providers. All the providers I've seen are kind, and knowledgeable. All the staff is friendly, but I do not recommend this place due to the wait times, unfortunately this was set up by my employer.

I was nervous coming in after reading all these reviews but my visit to MOM was very pleasant. I went in Friday morning as a walk in and waited about 30 minutes before being seen. Everyone was very kind to me, especially one nurse whose name I didn’t get and the guy who does the functional capacity evals. Spent about 2 hours here which I expected for a doctors office. When I left, the lobby was a lot fuller so I would recommend coming in early. Overall had a good experience :)

Just want to say Dr. Chavez is kind and caring....I saw two NP's before him and they could care less about what I was saying and feeling....
