Memorial Medical Plaza

Two floors of medical offices conveniently located across from Providence St Peter Hospital. I frequently have different appointments and tests here. It is well laid out with good parking. Although the main entrance for the second floor is on the side.

I've been going here for years. It's a good place with many different specialists. I have never had any issues or problems at this facility.

I’ve never experienced a more rude staff to get my blood drawn. Today I went in for a glucose test and the lady at the desk was actually very nice but Frances this is for you; maybe you shouldn’t get mad at a mom that was walking to keep her toddler entertained in the last 4 minutes of my 2 hour wait. Frances yells my name and sees me walking towards her then shuts the door in my face, then when I walk too her from around the counter and tell her “sorry I was walking the last 4mins” She says “you’ll be back for the 3 hour test, this is meant to be a resting test.” I honestly hate the staffs attitude at both the obgyn and laboratory. I would avoid this facility at any cost.

This place picks and chooses which appointments caretakers can go into with the patient. On the lower level I can accompany the patient as their caretaker, the upper level I cannot. Then there is no written information for the caretaker. Heaven forbid it's something really important and the patient forgets the information.

Not allowing a family member to accompany a parent in their 80’s to their appointment is NOT healthcare for the patient. I get limiting the amount of people in the clinic, but this is a situation where it is important. So sad.
