Best staff from the ER/trauma to floor to OR. Food was excellent. I wish my chicken was that moist. My trauma was lessened & I appreciate that.

If my experience was solely based on the breast center alone my review would be a 5 , they were awesome , compassionate and respectful as well as knowledgeable. HOWEVER. At the outpatient lab , the lady with the orange dreadlocks was rude and seemingly lazy. When I told her I was told by the manager of the breast center there should be a box waiting for me with my name on it. She said she didn’t know anything about that. I asked her if she could call someone who would. She said “I don’t know who to call” I told her that the manager over the breast center is who should have brought it . She said she didn’t know who that was . So I said well can you make a call to find someone who does know? This went on for several minutes … she seemed like she was just too lazy to want to WANT to find

My friend need an appointment at this place and so she called to place one the lady helping her fill out the forms thought since she was an Asian woman she needed an Asian doctor and set her appointment all the way out to October 25th that is completely unacceptable and such an ignorant judgement she has had this lump above her eye for months now and needed to be seen urgently. This is a disgusting establishment for trying to do things based on race. Apparently it was an older woman.
