Memorial Hospital

The ER receptionists were not very friendly and came across as a bit rude, which wasn’t a great first impression. However, the woman who took my son’s vitals was kind and welcoming. The ultrasound technician was absolutely amazing — she was beyond sweet to my son and truly made the experience much more pleasant for him. The doctor was also very nice and thorough in explaining what he believed was going on and what we could do to help the situation. The biggest downside was the wait time. We were there for about four hours, which was extremely long, especially with a child past his bedtime.

Emergency Room sucks! They where fast enough to request payment! But couldn’t even give me my test results, they skipped my results and went straight to discharge me. Get better doctors! have your nurses do there jobs instead of talking to the security guard about what video games they are playing

I had my son here 4 months ago. Receptionist is an old guy, slow and Unprofessional. The nurse at the reception is so rude. The nurse was clumsy and the outfit there was so weird that I could not put it on while I was so painful. Not ended there, until noơ, after 4 months I still have not got SSN for my son eventhough I registered with the nurse there. Bad experience and timeconsuming

My daughter was born here and the staff and all the nurses were so kind, friendly and helpful, not to mention understanding of the nerves of a first time dad. Thank you all very much.

Well I don't really know where to begin for this one. It's a good hospital don't get me wrong, it's just this visit hasn't been all that great, as the last one. Guess it just depends on the nurses you get and what floor your on. I will say the rapid response team was on it. I know they are all doing they're jobs the best they can, it's just frustrating.
