They don't even deserve the 2.5 they got. You a very very select few employees at that hospital that are good people that hurts them because there is so many more that are just plain nasty. Cassandra bouie should really be terminated or learn how to treat people. Maybe you should have a job out of the public with that nasty attitude towards everyone that comes in that hospital. I personally go anywhere else besides Bainbridge memorial Hospital. A 2.5 rating for a hospital says alot about it

, The treatment I received from Dr Aaron Fuller during the early morning hours of June 15, 2025, while accompanying my son during his care at your facility. During a moment of concern for my son’s well-being, I asked the attending physician what type of care was being provided. Rather than addressing my question in a professional manner, the doctor appeared to become immediately agitated. He responded by raising his voice, pointing his finger at me, and instructing me to stay inside the patient room and out of the hallway. He then proceeded to tell me what I "needed to do" and implied that I should consider removing my son from the facility. When I asserted my right to remain and advocate for my son's care, the doctor escalated the situation by threatening to have me removed from the ho

My experience tonight with my 92 yr old father at the ER was exceptional. I have never witnessed so many caring and compassionate nurses, doctors and staff. While this hospital is not set up to handle the seriously ill and trauma cases, they provided excellent constant care and concern and provided as much care as they could. An ambulance brought in someone and the compassion of the male nurse, who brought the patient in, had the absolute best caring tone and words that I've ever heard! He was a 30+ something Black male and deserves an award for the compassion he showed to an older white woman! It was heartwarming!!! I wish I knew his name. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors for your caring, compassionate and polite care provided to my father and us, the family.

I would give them a ZERO if I could. I 10000% believe they almost killed my husband due to negligence and carelessness. I will be reporting the staff members who were in the ER that night because of the treatment we received. Make the drive to Tallahassee or even Donalsonville/Cairo!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT PROPER CARE!! I will not EVER return to this hospital, especially for emergency treatment. If Dr. Escalante is the Dr on the floor, turn around and leave!!! He does not care about his patients at all. Couldn’t give me any answers as to why he pushed THREE MEDICATIONS into my husband’s IV (causing his blood pressure and heart rate to drop extremely fast) and didn’t even give a solution to getting it back up. Two times I’ve had to go to the ER after urgent care failed me. Both times they have had me in and out within 3 hours. As someone who is originally from the big city, that’s unheard of. The staff was amazing, I felt heard and taken care of. Memorial is a great facility.
