Zero stars if I could but is making me giving them 1 This place is absolutely terrible. I had an appointment and still waited 20 minutes before a nurse even saw me, and then another 30 minutes for the doctor. The service is slow, unorganized, and not worth your time. The gentleman at the front desk is rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacks basic customer service skills, he couldn’t even bother to smile. I will not be coming back. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different urgent care

Very clean, quick, Front receptionist was very welcoming and engaging. The nurse in the back very engaging as well, smiled which doesn't happen alot, friendly. The doctor took her time to speak to me about symptoms, loved that she actually cared about the reason I was there. Eveyone was amazing! Keep up the good job.

I made an online appointment and had no wait. Everyone was so nice. Physician was terrific. I was in and out within minutes with needed prescriptions! Great experience. Highly recommend!

Have been coming here for years when I am sick. Came in after suffering for 4 days. I have bad allergies. Clearly have a sinus infection. Was told its a viral infection not bacteria and no steroids or antibiotics to relive my symptoms. How do you know its viral you did not test me for anything. I know when I have a sinus infection! Ridiculous!! Another poor lady came back in while there she sounded worse than me saying she meeds antibiotics because they sent her away without them a few days before. Service went down hill! I would avoid this location as they only had a nurse practitioner not a full fledged doctor.

Came here yesterday for a 1:15 appointment after feeling sick with a fever since the previous night and came to check in with the front desk to ask if maybe they could call me when they were ready for me so I could keep my infant out of the lobby where everyone including myself was sick in a small area. The front desk guy was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude, he even rolled his eyes when I said sorry for asking if they could call me when they’re ready for me as to why I wanted to wait outside—long wait time for a scheduled appointment. The rest of the staff was very kind but honestly weren’t very helpful as I left with no answers and no follow-up. I’d recommend going to another of their facilities I was so disappointed with this location.
